Time to paint

Only put in half a day today. The local weather person is calling for thunderstorms every day till Wednesday, so I flew the Trojan back to Wakefield this morning. After lunch I finished up the Wing root fairings, they are ready for prep and paint. I installed 6 nut plates and "broke" all the edges so they will lay tight when installed. There are 12 fairings, I was able to reuse 6 and made 6 new. My friend Buzz came by Friday when they were installed and said they looked good. Here they are waiting for paint.

Here are the front two sitting on the new sky light window.

The two round disc in this shot are for the screws at the center of the sky light.

Depending on the weather tomorrow I should be able to get these primed .
